Please take time to inspect your order as soon as you receive it! Should there be any shortage or quality issues you must contact Chown Hardware within 7 working days from the original delivery date at 1-800-452-7634 or via email at custserv@chown.com.

Returning Stock Items

All stock items must be returned unused, uninstalled, in original condition and with all original inserts and packing to Chown Hardware within 45 days from original delivery date for full credit to be issued. All returned product must be inspected before any credit is issued. Credit will not be issued for goods that are damaged in return shipment. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge if returned after 45 days from original delivery date. No item will be accepted for credit after 6 months from original delivery date. Returned quantities that are higher than Chown Hardware’s normal stocking quantity may be subject to a restocking charge.

Returning Nonstock & Special Items

Nonstock and special order items may only be returned to Chown Hardware for the reason of poor quality or factory defect. Defective or blemished items must be reported within 7 days from original delivery date. Payment in advance is required for all nonstock and special order items. Nonstock and special order items cancelled after ordering may be subject to cancellation charges or no credit depending on the manufacturer’s polices even though the product may be several weeks from shipping.
