Where did you grow up?
I’m an Army brat (a term I use with pride). I grew up in Ohio, Utah, Alabama, Monterey, & Germany. I spent most of my adult life in Lake Tahoe.
Favorite part of the job?
I love solving problems and figuring out how to make a system work the way the customer wants.
How do you help Chown customers?
By identifying what is causing their problem and finding the right solution for them.
